Combine cream cheese, vanilla, pecans and 2 tablespoons sugar. Set aside.
Blend eggs, milk, nutmeg and 4 tablespoons sugar.
Set aside.
Combine cornflakes with coconut and set aside.

Spread a rounded tablespoon of cream cheese filling inside each pocket.
