French Toast
French Toast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. or 8 oz. carton egg substitute (any brand), 1/4 c. skim or 1% milk and 6 to 8 slices white bread (not too fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a bowl, lightly whip together egg substitute and milk. Place mixture in a shallow dish.
Dip bread slices, one at a time, into mixture.
Place on a baking tray that has been greased with some type of butter flavored baking spray or butter flavored Crisco.
Bake at 350Β° until bread is golden brown.
You may also fry over medium heat until a golden brown, if preferred.
