French Silk Pie
French Silk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked and cooled deep dish pie crust, 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter (not margarine) and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a small mixer bowl, beat together sugar and butter for 4 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes after each addition, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
Turn mixture into baked pie shell.
Chill several hours before serving, making sure it is set before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls as desired.
