French Silk Pie
French Silk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter (not margarine), 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a bowl, beat sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium for 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed.
Scrape sides of bowl constantly.
Transfer mixture to baked pastry shell.
Cover and chill 5 to 24 hours.
Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate curls.
Serves 10.
