French Rice Casserole
French Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can onion soup (undiluted), 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 4 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, undrained, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, undrained and 1 c. uncooked regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine soup and margarine; stir well.
Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquid.
Add enough water to reserved liquid to equal 1 1/3 cups.
Add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
Cover and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
