French Onion Pie
French Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish frozen pie crust, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can french fried onion rings, 4 eggs, 2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. shredded medium sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fill frozen crust with 1 1/2 cups fried onion rings; reserve remaining 1/2 cup for garnish.
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and cayenne.
Pour over onions in pie shell. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle reserved onions around edge of pie.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
