Mix meat,
Eggs, crackers, milk, bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic powder.
Make into meatballs about 1/2 the size of your fist.
Roll in all purpose flour and brown in small amount of olive oil in a skillet. Brown all sides of meat balls lightly. Remove and place in pot of sauce.
