French Dressing Chicken
French Dressing Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with prepared rice, 1 cup apricot preserves, 1 (8 oz) bottle french dressing (russian may also be used), 1 envelope lipton dry onion soup and 1 jar (6 oz) junior baby food applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. To make sauce, combine all ingredients except chicken and rice.
Put chicken into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
