French Chocolate Pie
French Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 3 tbsp. water, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 eggs, separated and 2 baked pie shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat and cool 2 minutes.
Add egg yolks and mix.
Whip egg whites until stiff.
Fold into chocolate mix (gently) leaving some white. Pour into pie shells.
Top with Cool Whip and chill until firm. (You won't taste the raw egg.)
