French Bread
French Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar and 1 1/2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl; add oil and warm water. Knead until dough is mixed well, about 15 minutes.
Grease bowl; cover dough with wet towel.
Proof in warm place until double in size.
Form into loaf (grease pan).
Let rise again until doubled. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; lower temperature to 350° until done.
