Fred's Favorite Zucchini
Fred'S Favorite Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini, 1 sliced onion, salt to taste and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
