Frankfurter Spaghetti Casserole
Frankfurter Spaghetti Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/4 c. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/4 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In skillet, cook bell pepper and onion in margarine until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour, oregano, salt, pepper, then water.
Add milk, Worcestershire and cheese.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Cut frankfurters into pennies and add them with spaghetti to sauce.
Put into greased 1-quart casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
