Frankfurter Casserole
Frankfurter Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frankfurters, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. diced onions, 1 can green beans and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut frankfurters in half lengthwise, then crosswise.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions; cook slowly until soft.
Add beans.
Stir in soup and milk; mix well.
Cook over low heat until it simmers.
Fold in frankfurters.
Heat until bubbling, then put in casserole dish.
Put biscuits on top.
Bake at 375Β° until shredded cheese on top melts.
