Frank-Veggie Hot Pot
Frank-Veggie Hot Pot is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot dogs, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth plus water to equal 3 c. liquid, 1 c. elbow macaroni, 1 tsp. dried basil leaves and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring broth and water to boil; add macaroni and spices. Return to boil; cook 5 minutes.
Stir in hot dogs, vegetables and onion; simmer 5 minutes longer until macaroni is tender, vegetables are cooked and water is almost absorbed.
Fold in sour cream and mayonnaise if used.
Garnish with parsley, chives and/or green pepper.
