Frances' Lasagna
Frances' Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 pkg. grated mozzarella cheese, 8 oz. lasagna noodles and 1 (no. 2 1/2) can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat, then add the next 3 ingredients.
Cover; cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
In an 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan, layer half of the noodles.
Cover with 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cottage cheese.
Repeat with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
