Four Bean Salad
Four Bean Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 (16 oz.) can each: green beans, wax beans, lima beans and kidney beans and 1 c. each: diced celery, onion rings and green pepper strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil sugar, vinegar and oil for 5 minutes.
Cool well. Thoroughly rinse all beans and drain.
Mix with celery, onion and green pepper.
Mix all in a ceramic or glass container (not metal).
Pour cold dressing over all and refrigerate overnight. Will keep 1 month in refrigerator.
