Founders' Day Meat Loaf
Founders' Day Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion (more or less according to taste), 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (more or less), 1 egg and 1/2 c. oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except tomato juice together; add the tomato juice and mix until it holds together.
Form into a loaf and put in pan.
