Forgotten Cookies
Forgotten Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat egg whites almost stiff.
Slowly add sugar, continue beating until very stiff.
Slowly fold in nuts and chips.
Drop onto foil-lined cookie sheet and place in oven. Turn off heat immediately and "forget" about the cookies for hours or overnight.
(These are good to make at night, then go to bed and "forget them"!)
