Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. rice (uncooked) and 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix together mushroom soup, celery soup and milk.
Add rice and stir well.
Pour into greased (9 x 13-inch) baking dish.
Lay chicken pieces in dish and sprinkle dry onion soup over the top. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350° for 2 1/2 hours in electric oven or 325° for 2 hours in gas oven.
