Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 large fryer, cut up and 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease bottom of baking pan.
Pour rice in.
Combine chicken soup and water and pour over rice.
Let stand a few minutes.
Salt and pepper chicken pieces and place on top of rice.
Pour remaining chicken soup over chicken.
Top with dry onion soup. Cover with lid or foil.
Place in oven at 350Β° and forget for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
