Forgotten Chicken
Forgotten Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut up and skin off (you can use all same kind of pieces), 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken), 2 cans hot water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a pan good.
Place rice on bottom.
Place cut up chicken on top of rice.
Blend all other ingredients together. Pour liquid (soup and hot water) over chicken; sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours (1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered).
Use in a roaster.
