Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), dash of salt, 1/2-1 c. nuts, chopped and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In 1 quart glass measure with handle, combine chips, milk and salt.
Cook on HI for 3 minutes or until chips melt; stirring after each 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Makes about 2 lbs.
