Foil Baked Fish
Foil Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 fish fillets, 1 t. vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1 small carrot, sliced lengthwise and 1/2 medium onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place each fish portion in center of a 12-inch square of foil. Brush with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put carrot and onion on fish.
Seal foil.
Place in shallow pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Fold back foil and sprinkle fish with parsley.
Serve in foil.
