Fry bacon until crisp.
Break up.
Add onion to bacon grease and cook.
Drain bacon and onions.
Spread bacon and mix in bottom of greased 12 x 9-inch pan.
Beat Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper with hand beater until almost smooth.
Slowly pour over bacon mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Set oven to 375Β°.
Bake for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
