Fluffy Fruit Salad
Fluffy Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 40 oz. crushed pineapple, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 c. juice in small saucepan.
Set pineapple aside.
To saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and chill.
In salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail, oranges and bananas.
Fold in Cool Whip and chilled sauce.
Chill several hours.
