Made with 1/2 c. cocoa, 4 c. confectioners sugar (powdered sugar), 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream part of cocoa-sugar mixture with the butter.
Blend in milk, vanilla and lemon extract.
Add remaining cocoa-sugar mixture and beat well to desired spreading consistency.
