Flour Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 heaping tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 1 c. oleo or crisco or 1/2 c. oleo and 1/2 c. crisco, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil flour and milk until thick.
Cover with wax paper and cool.
