Flounder
Flounder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, 2 lb. flounder, 1/4 c. margarine, 3 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook broccoli and drain.
Arrange in shallow baking dish.
Cut flounder in serving size pieces.
Melt margarine and saute onion. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
Add milk; cook until thick. Stir in salt, pepper and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Pour over fish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
