Florentine Salad
Florentine Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello, 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, 1/2 c. salad dressing, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir in vinegar, salad dressing and salt and cool until almost firm.
Then add spinach (drained), onion, celery and cottage cheese.
Chill until firm.
Cut in squares and serve on salad greens.
