Flat Bread
A buttermilk Jiffy-and-whole-wheat flatbread sweetened with sugar and softened with melted butter. Cuts into wedges for soups and chili in fifteen minutes.

Mix in order given.
Roll very thin on a floured surface and cut in squares or diamond shapes.
Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° until brown.
Remove and cool on rack.
Put butter on and enjoy.
Makes about 12 dozen small pieces.
(This dough handles well to roll very thin.)
