Flank Steak
Flank Steak is an easy dinner. Made with flank steak (thin), 2 cans beef broth, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lb. bacon and 2 cans mushrooms or 1 c. fresh, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice steak as thin as bacon strips.
Put bacon on top of steak strips and roll.
Secure with a toothpick.
Saute steak rolls in olive oil until all sides are browned.
In a roasting pan combine broth and 1 1/2 cans water and mushrooms; add flank steak. Bake at 400Β° for about 1 hour.
