Five Spice Chicken Burgers

Combine soy sauce, catsup, lemon juice and spices.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture.
Combine remaining soy mixture, egg whites, bread crumbs, onions, garlic and salt.
Add ground chicken.

Shape into 4 (3/4-inch) patties.
Preheat broiler.
Place patties on the ungreased, unheated rack of broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes.
Turn patties; broil 6 to 8 minutes more until no longer pink in middle.
Combine reserved soy mixture and mayo.
Serve patties in buns with lettuce leaves.
Top with seasoned mayonnaise.
