Five Pound Fudge
Five Pound Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 stick oleo, 4 1/2 c. sugar, 12 oz. bag chocolate chips and 7 oz. jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use large heavy pot (I use a Magnalite Dutch oven) and cook on medium heat.
Cook first 3 ingredients to a soft ball stage (approximately 10 minutes).
Stir constantly as it starts to thicken.
Quickly add last 3 ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop with 2 spoons onto waxed paper.
