Five Minute Fudge
Five Minute Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2/3 c. carnation milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt and blend.
Pour into 8-inch square buttered dish.
Cut into squares.
