Five Layer Dinner
Five Layer Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 c. cooked ground meat, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 c. cooked tomatoes, sliced and 1 c. cooked corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook chopped onion in fat until tender.
Add meat, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and chili powder; blend.
Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Place potatoes over meat.
Add a layer of string beans, then corn, sprinkling each layer with salt.
Place sliced tomatoes in layer over corn.
Top with cheese and parsley. Cover; bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
