Five Cheese Spaghetti
Five Cheese Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked, 2 oz. or 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 2 oz. or 1/2 c. smokey cheese, grated, 2 oz. or 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated and 2 oz. or 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix cheeses together until well blended.
Butter large casserole dish (at least 2 quart).
Mix garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in bottom of dish.
Place 1/3 of spaghetti in casserole and top with 1/3 of cheeses.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Dot with margarine.
Repeat process 2 more times.
Pour milk over cheese and spaghetti.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Using 2 forks, lift spaghetti from the bottom several times to prevent a crust forming on top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Repeat and bake 15 more minutes.
Serves 6.
This is excellent to microwave, reducing cooking time but still lifting during the process.
