Fish With Tomato Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 (16 oz.) pkg. sole, flounder or ocean perch fillets, 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/4 c. oil, butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, stir tomato sauce, parsley and oregano until well mixed. Set aside.
In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, butter or margarine, cook fillets, 2 or 3 minutes on each side until flaky.
