Fish Soup
Fish Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 large clove garlic, crushed, 2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up chunks and 1/2 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large saucepan saute onion, celery and garlic in margarine or batter until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, wine, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme.
Cover.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add fish and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
