Fish Loaf
Fish Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fillet of haddock or flounder, 1 medium onion, 3 oz. melted butter or margarine, 1/2 c. cold milk and 2 heaping tbsp. matzo meal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Grind fish in food grinder.
Grate onion on fine side.
Add eggs, pepper and salt, butter and beat in milk gradually.
Put into 9 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° to 375°.
