Made with 4 c. cooked diced potatoes, 1 large onion, chopped and cooked with potatoes, 2 boiled eggs, chopped, green olives and bread and butter pickles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain potatoes and onion.
Add eggs, olives, pickles and bacon bits, chopped as coarse or as fine as you want.
Mix with Ranch dressing and let sit for about an hour.
