Fish Foil Bake
Fish Foil Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh whitefish, 2 tbsp. oleo, softened, 1/2 c. chopped parsley, 1/2 c. chopped dill sprigs and 1/4 c. chopped chives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Clean and rinse fish and allow to drain.
Mix together oleo, parsley, dill, chives, onion and lemon juice.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Lay fish on foil in single layer.
Spoon mixture over each piece of fish.
Cover with second piece of foil and seal the edges together.
Bake 20 minutes. Unwrap and remove to a hot platter.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley (optional).
Serves 4.
