Fish Chowder
Fish Chowder is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen fish fillet, 1 large onion, sauteed in 1/2 stick margarine, 3 large potatoes, diced, 2 diced carrots and 3 ribs diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in margarine.
Add potatoes, carrots and celery. Add 2 cups water and simmer until vegetables are soft.
Add fish (broken in pieces).
Simmer.
Dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk and add to first and simmer a few minutes.
Season to taste.
If desired, add a small container frozen corn when adding fish.
