Fish Chowder

Made with 1/4 lb. beef bacon or imitation bacon, cut in small pieces, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 c. sliced cooked carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook bacon.
Add celery, onion and garlic.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except salt.
Cover and cook in large pot until fish flakes easily.
Salt to taste.
