Fish Cakes
Fish Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cooked fish, 1/4 pt. white sauce, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp. chopped parsley and 3/4 lb. mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove the skin and bone and cream the fish with the sauce, seasoning, parsley and mashed potatoes. Spread the mixture on a plate.
Let it cool and divide it into 6 to 8 portions.
Shape into cakes using a little flour. Dip them in egg and crumbs.
Fry in hot margarine or Pam until golden brown.
