Fish Batter is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can stale beer, 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. baking powder and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Open can of beer in morning and let stand about 3 hours.
Beat flour, salt, baking powder and egg yolks into beer.
Let stand 1 hour or more.
Just before using, beat egg whites very stiff and fold into batter.
Dip fish and fry.
