Fish Au Gratin
Fish Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frozen or fresh fillet of sole, flounder or haddock, 1/3 c. real mayonnaise, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brush each fillet with real mayonnaise.
Mix cheese and crumbs; roll fish in crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake in 375Β° oven until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork; 30 to 35 minutes for frozen fish or 25 minutes for thawed or fresh fish.
