Fireside Beans And Canadian Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 c. karo dark corn syrup, 2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans and 1/2 lb. canadian bacon, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix ginger, onion and Karo and pour over beans in a 2 quart ovenproof casserole.
Stir to mix well.
Arrange bacon slices over top of beans.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour or until bubbly.
During baking, baste bacon slices often with juices in casserole to glaze.
