Fireman's Stew
Fireman'S Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings, 1 can sliced carrots, drained, 1 can sliced potatoes, drained and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In electric skillet, crumble ground chuck evenly over bottom. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Spread onion slices evenly over meat.
Next, add potatoes evenly on onion, and then carrots over potatoes.
Spread soup over the top of carrots.
Cover and cook approximately 30 minutes at 250Β°, or until meat is done.
Do not stir during cooking time!!!
Serve in layers.
Will serve 4.
