Finger Lickin Toffee
Finger Lickin Toffee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. karo syrup (lite), 3 tbsp. water and 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
When boiling, add Karo and water.
Set candy thermometer in pan.
Cook to hard crack stage (300Β°), 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove and spread on sheets of aluminum foil greased with oleo.
Spread chocolate wafers immediately.
Then sprinkle 1/2 of the chopped nuts.
Turn foil over and do other side with chocolate and nuts.
