Finger Cheese Cake
Finger Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls (large), 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and blend well.
Unroll one package crescent rolls and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pour cheese mixture on top and place the other package crescent rolls on top.
Froth egg white, brush on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
